Brad Ball's Story

I have had the opportunity to train with both Dave and Michelle Bryer at TotalFitness.  I started off only applying about 75% of the information that they gave me and was somewhat successful.  When I entered my 50s I decided to use the material in full and do the required nutrition, strength training, and cardio. To date I am down 70 pounds and I’ve gone from 35% body fat to 12% and have gained 20 pounds of muscle.  I couldn’t do it without Dave and Michelle.
