How does it help you GET IN SHAPE? With 1 : 1 individualized instruction, your Personal Trainer will help fine-tune your muscle definition in order to reflect true physique transformation using Exercise Physiology.

What is Exercise Physiology? The scientific study of how your body responds to physical activity using biomechanics, specifically Isolation Training.

What is Isolation Training? Weight-resistance training that requires articulation of one specific muscle group at a time using single-joint movements.

VISUAL AIDS

How does it help you? These visual aids align with objectives of your training program. These additional guides reinforce written or spoken instruction, make complex information easier to understand and help you keep on-task.

What is it? We have slides, charts, graphs, and videos displayed throughout the facility on large monitors to provide you visual aids while being coached through Exercise Physiology.

PROGRESS TRACKING

How does it help you? This tracking tool provides your trainer specific and detailed information to reflect progress and assess your weekly goals.

What is it? The TANITA scale system, a tracking tool with built-in graphing feature and color reports, includes detailed assessments of weight loss, total muscle mass, body fat and visceral fat.
